Adaptive Machine Translation

SDL’s innovative machine translation research department have been working on innovative adaptive machine translation algorithms. I drove the initial user researches that were aiming to answer how to productize this amazing capability to the professional translation industry. For the first release we targeted the professional translator persona, so I started validating prototypes and flows for the market-leading professional translation editing tool SDL Trados Studio. This has been successfully launched as part of SDL Trados Studio 2017.
